Erik ordered the accessories and arranged a time for us to do the trades, do the paperwork and drive away in the car we wanted. with maximum help and minimum fuss. Matt Walz made the paperwork and payment as painless as it can be. It was a good experience all around.

The dealership facility is new and pleasing in colors, design, and an open floor plan. Marshal has been truly exceptional from the first time I had contacted him to locate a specific model that I was looking for till the last moment we drove away in our new Audi Q3. He promptly responded to all my questions, concerning the vehicle features and pricing, that I emailed him. He was knowledgeable in explaining and demonstrating the vehicle features at the dealership. A very pleasant young man! We agreed on the price through email which was very easy and convenient. I asked Marshal for a quote including taxes and paperwork charges in one of my emails. Matt Walz, a business manager, responded promptly with that information through email. We paid exactly what was quoted to us in the email. The final paperwork with Matt Walz and Marshal Girodat went smoothly. Matt took interest in our background and we chatted pleasantly. We were so pleasantly surprised at the arrival to the dealership to find our vehicle covered with bright red cloth. It was such a special touch and so unexpected that made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. This is our first Audi and first impressions are important. Our first impressions were excellent thanks to Marshal Girodat and Matt Walz who made this experience an enjoyable event."
